If you cannot access the internet on your own, you can use the public libraries located around the county or call Wake County SmartStart to make an appointment and complete an application at our office.

What happens if I apply for help with Wake Connections and am not a match for any programs?
The Wake Connections system uses the information that you provide on the application form to determine if there is a match for any of our programs. You may always apply again by adding more detailed information to your application or apply in the future.
